Nutritionally speaking its quite good! It’s much higher in fibre than the Tip top bread and higher in iron too. I will say the texture isn’t as soft as Tiptop. Flavour is pretty neutral. I’ll buy this again because I’m impressed with the fibre and iron content for my kids.
