Folks,
May I say, I LOVE pork crackling!
I have to say that it’s the perfect compliment to a chilled bourbon.
Yours, by far, is the best I’ve ever tried!
Texture, crunch…and more importantly, taste!
My wife and I recently returned from a cruise and unfortunately the 8 ports we visited I could not find a pack of your amazing product.
So may say that returning home to their own bed is the best part of a holiday…Me…it was getting home to my well stocked snack cupboard…to my stash of Crackle Master oven baked pork crackle!
I just wanted to say, don’t ever change the recipe…you most definitely have hit the tastebud as it should be…compliments to the chefs!
