Urban Eats Malaysian Style Laksa Soup Kit 405g

Tried this for the first time last night. Followed the instructions closely and had Aldi brand prawns to add to it. Very disappointed with the dried vegetables. Despite cooking then as instructed in the 400mls of water, the vegies were inedible. Dry, hard and like bits of wood or bark. I did enjoy the flavour of the broth & the noodles.

This was my favourite Laksa. Devastated I can’t buy it any more.

Excellent curry flavour. Great that it is GF – great for Coeliacs.

Amazing and sad I can’t buy now.
